Since 1979, Autonetics has been a leader in the manufacturing of quality, high-volume, screw machined parts with secondary operations. Through our modern, spacious facility, we produce parts in quantity runs to the millions for our customers in a variety of industries including automotive, electrical, hydraulic, and appliance. Our HydromatTM rotary transfer machines can perform up to eighteen different operations on one set-up. This versatility allows us to reduce or eliminate many outside secondary operations thereby producing substantial cost savings and on-time deliveries for our customer's high volume production needs. Materials machined include brass, aluminum, steel, stainless, and copper alloys in hex, square, round and extruded shapes from up to 1-3/4" diameters and 6" lengths. We can also provide a whole range of outside services including heat treating, plating and grinding.
